Office Hours:

Mondays 2-8pm
Wednesdays 11-7pm
Thursdays 11-5pm
1st Saturday of the month (currently reserved for SF patients)

Can you use insurance?

Maybe. I am an IN-network provider with Cigna PPO, HealthSmart, Prime Health Services and select Blue Shield plans (medal/Covered CA plans not covered); and I am an out-of-network provider with Aetna PPO plans and other select PPOs. If you are a new patient and would like to use insurance, please provide me with your full name, member ID information as well as current address and date of birth so I can verify current benefits. You can pay with your HSA/FSA!
